I "Vant" to . . . Trick or Treat!

Renton practicing being a scary Vampire

So have I mentioned lately that I love Halloween?  I wish I could throw a Halloween party every weekend in the month of October.  I have about 20 different ideas already formulated in my mind.  Unfortunately, I don't have the time or resources to put them together.  But, trust me, they'd be awesome if I did!

Anyway, Renton, Emily, Micky and I have been excitedly getting ready for Halloween this whole month; making home-made Halloween cards for the family, covering the house in torn up toilet paper (that was Renton's idea - I'm a little over that one now), and trying to decide on Halloween costumes.  I remember this was always one of the most exciting and stressful decisions as a child.  You wanted it to be perfect and fun and easy to pop the candy straight from the bucket into your mouth.

I was thrilled this year when the kids decided to FINALLY give up the two polarfleece Old Navy costumes they've been wearing for the past 3 years (I'm tired of adding fabric to the legs and arms.)

So here's our plan so far:
Renton- Dracula
Emily - black cat
Micky - bat (okay, yes, this is one of the polarfleece costumes)
Me - witch

So come on Halloween!  We're ready!
